If you have purchased an ebook in error, please email me at joroarke@gmail.com.  If you receive an erroneous paperback you may return it for credit or exchange. Return books must be received within 3 days of purchase for credit or exchange. Books must be received in new condition. Jane O’Roarke or her agents acting on her behalf reserve the right to deny credit or exchanges based on the condition of the returned book or failure to return book.

Late or missing books or merchandise If you haven’t received your ebook, book or merchandise, please email joroarke@gmail.com and we will provide the tracking number for your package.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at joroarke@gmail.com and send your item to: c/o Sara Loftus, UFI. 1650 8th Avenue, Huntington, WV 25703.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: c/o Sara Loftus, UFI 1650 8th Avenue, Huntington, WV 25703.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
